25 Front Squats (95/65)
20 Back Squats (95/65)
20 Front Squats (95/65)
15 Back Squats (95/65)
15 Front Squats (95/65)
10 Back Squats (95/65)
10 Front Squats (95/65)
5 Back Squats (95/65)
5 Front Squats (95/65)

5 Burpee penalty for every time the bar touches the floor.


I bet that you forgot about this workout.  I bet that you forgot how the weekend after the workout felt.  I bet that you don’t remember how going up and down stairs suddenly became an epic quest.  I am willing to wager that you may have even forgotten that Burpees feel incredibly good relative to holding on to that bar.  I bet that you still think this workout looks easy.  I bet that you forgot that people have done this, unbroken, under 8 minutes.  I would surely gamble that you don’t remember how your legs felt after the set of 20 Front Squats was over.
